Industrial LED Electronic Serial Displays are used to provide a large
format and long distance viewing unit for any production data needed.
Customer can transmit any data desired using ascii output from any smart
device using RS232/485. Full command protocol is listed in our technical
manual online. Units can be used to display rate/minute, rate/hour,
goal, actual, throughput, rejects, efficiency, downtime, run time,
difference / deviation, maintenance times, etc. LED units are a low cost
means of providing realtime data to factory workers when it's needed the
most. Line condition awareness is vital to improving overall efficiency
and performance. Electronic signs aid in continuous improvement and
eliminating issues / waste to allow lean manufacturing at it's best.
LED units offer choice of 2.3” , 4.0” or 8.0” digit height. Single or
two sided viewing. Single field or multi-field and custom lettered for
your line need. These devices can be customized to include PLC
interfaces using ABEtherNet/IP, RS232, RS485, Ethernet TCP/IP and more.
